About Brenda

My love for fitness started at a young age - I’ve been an athlete my entire life and have always been diligent about staying healthy and active. I tap into that passion during every session with my clients, being mindful of each individual’s goals, experience levels, and injury history. I view movement as natural medicine for the body, and I specialize in strength training, corrective exercise, and athletic development.

I have over 10 years of experience, working with a wide variety of clientele ranging from novice lifters to athletes, from adolescents to 80+ year olds, each with different goals and mindsets. My goal as your coach is to help you become the most confident version of yourself, using exercise as the means to find that inner strength.

Training is more than just about sets and reps, it’s more than sweat, it’s more than the number on the scale or the pounds of weight lifted.

It’s about the feeling, the joy you feel when you walk out of our sessions, the sense of accomplishment and the progress along the way. The mental and physical changes you experience will keep you coming back for more.

I’m so excited for you to start your journey and cannot wait to be part of the process with you!
